This blog is where I'm going to talk about my personal trip through recovery of depression, anxiety and OCD.
This is horible. I think anone joking about mental illness or brushing it off is contributing to the overwhelming isolation isolation and our own feelings of shame that this is out of our control. We’re trying to advocate for ourselves and get that this isn’t our fault and then to have people like that is just uncalled for. I found this documentary on OCD. It shows kids and adults with it and they’re absolutely tormented. Show this to the person who was brushing you off.
